How do I rent a kost on Stay Kost?
Find a kost that fits your preferences, click Apply to Rent, pick your move-in date and duration, upload your ID card, and wait for the owner's approval.
Can I save my favorite kosts?
Yes. Press Save to Wishlist on any kost detail page to keep it in your account.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay booking and extension invoices using bank Virtual Accounts (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata, CIMB) or QRIS.
Can I cancel a request or ask for a refund?
Unpaid requests can be cancelled anytime. If you have paid but haven't checked in yet, you can submit a refund request from My Kost.
What if a room facility breaks during my stay?
Open My Kost on your active rental and press Report Room Issue to send a maintenance ticket directly to the owner.
