We collect profile details (name, email address, phone number, emergency contact), rental identity verification documents (ID card and marriage certificate), and transaction and chat history on the platform.

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used to process rental applications, verify tenant identity for the kost owner you apply to, process invoice payments, and send rental notifications.

3. Private Document Storage & Security

Sensitive documents such as ID card and marriage certificate photos are stored in encrypted private object storage and can only be accessed via temporary signed URLs by the owner of the kost you apply to.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Stay Kost does not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except with our official payment gateway partner (Midtrans) to process payments or when required by law.

5. Your Rights

You can update your profile information, change your password, or delete your account and personal data at any time from the Profile page.
